英文摘要 | The conventional human resources management system in school hardly supports the teacher professionalism and professional development. However, through integrating with development goal of school, teachers’ professional standards can be changed into job standards. Since both rank-in-job and rank-in professional-development could be expressed as rank-in-knowledge, it is helpful to combine teachers’ competence standards and job standards, furthermore, to develop a new system of school human resource management based on teachers’ professional standards. |
