我國中小學綜合課教師培養模式探討

Study on the Teacher Training Models for the Integrated Curricula in Primary and Junior High Schools in China

文章以雲南師範大學綜合課教師培試驗為個案，分析了目前我國中小學綜合課教師培養存在的問題，針對新一輪基礎教育課程改革中所設置的藝術、科學、歷史與社會綜合課，構建起主輔式、整合式的綜合教師培訓模式。

Take an example of the experiment in Yunnan Normal University， this paper analyzes the problems of teacher training for the integrated curricula. In the new curriculum reform there are three integrated courses: history and society， science， and arts. The paper develops the teacher training models for these three integrated courses and the models are main-auxiliary model and integrated model.
