廣西小學教師教育發展的困惑與對策

Perplexities in the Development of Elementary School Teacher Education in Guangxi and Their Solutions

廣西小學教師教育面臨“人口”即生源、培養過程（包括培養模式、管理制度、師資力量以及課程設置）、就業出路和小學教師的職後教育等四方面的困惑。廣西教師教育發展應當從政策支撐、綜合培養、課程設置、師範學校的轉型以及教師隊伍的質量保障五個方面人手予以解決。

The elementary school teacher education in Guangxi is confronted with four perplexities such as the source of students， the cultivating process (including cultivating model， management rule， teacher team and curriculum)， employment and in-service education. The teacher educational development in Guangxi should be resolved from five aspects including policy supporting， comprehensive cultivation， course construction， transition of normal schools and quality guarantee of teachers
