Revelations of “the Big-Five Personality Model” on the Cultivation of College Student Cadres

採用開放式問卷對高校學生幹部應具備的重要人格特質進行了調查，得出以下結論：1.幹練、沉著冷靜是高校優秀學生幹部的典型人格特質；2.責任心強、能力過硬是被公認的高校學生幹部的權威人格特質；3.親和力是高校學生幹部優良人格特質的魅力所在；4.高校學生幹部的創新意識和創新能力極待加強。

Based on an open questionnaire about major characters that a college student cadre should possess， this paper concludes: (1) Able-mindedness and sober-mindedness are typical characters of an excellent student cadre. (2) A strong sense of responsibility is a student cadre’s accepted authoritative character. (3) The character of affinity is an excellent student cadre’s charm. (4) College student cadres’ awareness of innovation and their creative abilities should improve.
