民国时期综合大学参与教师教育的特点

The Characteristics of Comprehensive Universities’ Involvement in Teacher Education during the Period of the Republic of China

民国时期综合大学参与教师教育的特点有以下四个方面：一、通过教育（师范）科、教育（师范）学院从事教师教育；二、师范学院和教育学院的办学目标各有侧重；三、主辅修制和志愿师范生制度扩大了师范生的来源，拓宽了学生的就业面；四、教育系丰富的课程设置强化了学生教育专业知识的训练，也为教育系（学院）实现多重的办学功能提供了可能。

During the Period of the Republic of China， Comprehensive universities’ contribution to teacher education bears four characteristics: first， teacher education took place in education/department and teachers college/department had different emphasis on the goal of running their institution; third， the system of major and minor subjects， and the system of volunteering teacher students broadened the source of students to be teachers and increased students’ employment opportunity; fourth， the diversified courses in education department enhanced the training of students’ educational knowledge， meanwhile， it provided possibility for education departments/colleges to realize their multiple functions.
