中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探究中小學校長參與校長專業學習社群運作之經驗與成效,研究採焦點團體訪談法為主,問卷調查法為輔;研究對象為107年度參與教育部校長專業學習社群試辦的9個社群召集人,研究工具為「校長專業學習社群實施經驗訪談大綱」與「校長專業學習社群實施成效問卷」。主要發現有:一、十二年國民基本教育相關之課程與教學領導乃是校長專業學習社群運作主要內容;二、校長專業學習社群運作方式與主題有關並會對運作頻率有所影響;三、校長專業學習社群之召集人於社群運作過程中扮演多元角色;四、校長專業學習社群運作對校長推動十二年國民基本教育活動有助益;五、時間不足為校長專業學習社群運作最大的困境。最後,本研究根據結論提出相關建議,俾供校長專業學習社群之實務推動及未來研究作為參考。 |
英文摘要 | The study is to explore the implementation and effectiveness of principal professional learning community (PPLC) in primary and secondary schools. The focused group is the mainly research method and then supplemented by questionnaires. The research subjects are 9 leaders of PPLC supported by the Ministry of Education in 2018. The research instruments are “the implementation interview outline of PPLC” and “the effectiveness of PPLC questionnaire” designed by researchers. The research findings are: 1. the content of PPLC focus on the curriculum and instructional leader of 12-year basic education; 2. the operation model of PPLC has relationship with the issue and frequency; 3. the leader of PPLC plays multi roles in the operation process; 4. the operation of PPLC help principal to promote 12-year basic education; 5. the lack of time is the most difficult situation for the implementation of PPLC. Some suggestions are followed from the conclusion for the further research and implementation. |
