中文摘要 | 本研究係以系統性回顧與後設分析法為研究方法,整合國內自2007~2017年共46篇有關教育人員復原力之實證研究結果,主要聚焦於不同個人背景變項與學校背景變項於我國教育人員復原力之差異情形。研究結果顯示:一、個人背景變項部分:已婚教育人員之復原力優於未婚教育人員,有子女之教育人員優於無子女之教育人員,工作年資11年以上之教育人員在整體復原力上顯著優於工作年資10年以下之教育人員,兼任行政職之教育人員在復原力上亦顯著優於未兼任行政職者,然而在性別、年齡、宗教信仰、教育程度等變項則無顯著差異;二、學校背景變項部分:不同學校規模與學校所在地對教育人員復原力並無顯著差異。最後,根據研究發現提出具體建議,以供教師、學校、相關教育行政單位及未來研究者參考。 |
英文摘要 | The present research employs meta-analysis as methodology based on the findings of master theses and academic journals concerning school educators’ resilience. A total of 46 studies related to educators’ resilience from 2007-2017 were reviewed, containing 10 individual or organizational variables were analyzed. The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of the educators’ resilience in Taiwan. The result shows that educators with different background variables have significant difference of resilience. For marital status, educators married outperformed those unmarried. For having children, educators having their descent(s) performed better than those have none. For job tenure, educators with above 11 years of work experience outperformed those below 10 years. For administrative positions, educators with administrative duties outperformed those who without. However, there were no significant differences among the variables, such as gender, age, religion, academic levels, school location and size. Finally, according to the results of the study, this study puts forward some suggestions on the reference of the teachers, schools, relevant educational administrative units and future researchers. It is expected to improve the educators’ resilience by on-the-job training and study, mentorship relationship or educational administrative relevant courses. |
