中文摘要 | 當前技專校院生源銳減,各校紛紛拓展不同學生來源,返校接受回流教育的學生正是一股新生來源,而如何提升在職專班管理績效則成為重要課題。本研究旨在建構技專校院在職專班管理績效指標,研究方法採用模糊專家問卷調查。本研究以立意取樣邀請5位具備學校行政管理、辦理在職專班與企業人力資源管理等專業背景及相關經歷者,作為本研究的學者專家,包括現任科技大學校長、副校長、進修部主任、普通大學進修部主任與企業界人力資源主管。研究結果提出,指標層面包括人力資本、學校效能、自我需求與課程設計,而在此四個層面下各包括五個指標向度,各項指標內容則基於學校管理者、學生期待者與企業管理者等三種角度研擬。最後依據研究結果提出結論與建議,提供在職專班招募與管理之參考應用。 |
英文摘要 | The number of students in technological and vocational colleges has dropped sharply in Taiwan. Therefore, school managers try to increase student enrollment, and the students who return to school for repatriation education are emphasized. Improving the performance of in-service education of technological and vocational colleges has become an important issue. This study aims to explore the construction of managerial performance indicator in Recurrent Education within the technological and vocational colleges. The main research method is the Fuzzy questionnaires survey. This study invited five scholars and experts who have professional background and relevant experience in school administration, inservice education and corporate personnel management. The purposive samples included the current president and vice president of technological and vocational colleges, the directors of training department of general university and the head of human resources department. This study reveals that indicators domains include “Manpower Capital,” “Effectiveness of Schools,” “Self-demand” and “Course Design”. Besides, each indicator domain encompasses five indicators levels, allowing three different perspectives centering on “schools being the managers,” “students as the expected” and “company managers”. The relevant recommendations will be made to the enrollment and management of in-service education of technological and vocational colleges. |
