中文摘要 | 全國各家樂齡學習中心在創立背景與營運規模具有差異,因此對於運作的績效表現應重視多層級因素的影響,然此觀點尚未有系統的分析或僅止於理論論述,實徵上有關跨層級績效表現的研究上不多見。因此,本研究以CVIPP績效指標之觀點,探討參與學習過程經驗與組織脈絡因素對樂齡學習中心參與者對績效表現知覺之影響。研究對象為樂齡中心實務工作者及參與學習的學員,總計發出組織單位版1,455份,回收後有效問卷863份(有效率59.31%),發出個體學員版5,948份,回收後有效問卷3,936份(有效率66.17%),有效樂齡中心家數214家。本研究使用階層線性模式進行資料分析,研究結果顯示,影響樂齡中心參與者對績效表現知覺因素,主要可分就組織價值觀的凝聚程度與對市場環境因應程度兩個組織脈絡因素,以及活動參與滿意度、課程內容接受度、推廣訊息接收度三項個體參與體驗因素。此外,樂齡中心的管理完備程度對於課程內容接受度及活動參與滿意度的影響力具有調節作用,但調節效果不同。針對上述結果,本研究提出相關討論與建議。 |
英文摘要 | The founding and management scales of the active aging learning centers (AALC) in Taiwan vary and therefore the performance of management should focus on the impacts of multilevel factors. However, this is not proven by systematic analysis and also there is few studies of multilevel performance. Therefore, this research investigates learning experience and organizational context of participants of the AALC with CVIPP evaluation indicators and examine the impacts on their performance. The participants of this study were the practitioners and members in the centers. A total of 1,455 questionnaires for the centers were distributed and 863 of them were completed (return rate of 59.31%). A total of 5,948 questionnaires for the members were distributed and 3,936 of them were collected (return rate 66.17%). The research, including 214 AALC, analyses the data with the hierarchical linear modeling. It shows the factors impacting the performance perception of the participants mainly include two organizational context factors, organization value and adaption of markets; and three experience factors, satisfaction of activities, acceptance of courses arrangement and diverse ways of promotion. Also, the management of the centers has moderation effects on acceptance of their courses and the satisfaction of activities, but the effects vary in centers. According to the results, the study proposed related discussion and suggestions. |
