中文摘要 | 高齡社會來臨,使得醫療健康問題成為沉重的負擔。高齡者日常生活活動自理能力,隨年齡增加其自理有困難情形,因此更需積極的健康促進及預防失能,達到維持健康體適能之目的。故本研究探討樂齡健康促進課程之健康體適能課程規劃與實施,以期望提供安全且合適的運動處方,讓學員能養成良好運動習慣之學習歷程。研究結果:一、健康體適能課程規劃:(一)運用融入式健康體適能課程激發學習動機;(二)實作課程規劃需符合身心狀態以增進學習興趣;(三)教學設計以團體運動模式,協助養成運動習慣;(四)實作課程促進學習成效,並達到實踐健康促進之學習目標。二、樂齡健康體適能課程學習歷程分別為:(一)識別階段:因興趣與維護健康而參與課程;(二)失調階段:知覺身體功能改變,覺察健康衰退;(三)解構階段:認知需要參與學習,並透過學習改善體適能;(四)重建階段:學習體適能知識養成運動習慣,更願意維護健康體適能。 |
英文摘要 | The advent of the elderly society has made the health care problem a heavy burden. The self-care ability of elderly people in daily life activities has difficulty with age. Therefore, it is more necessary to promote positive health promotion and prevent disability to achieve the goal of maintaining healthy physical fitness. This study explores the healthy physical fitness course planning and implementation of the elderly health promotion program, in the hope of providing safe and appropriate exercise prescriptions, so that students can develop a good learning habits. Research results: 1. Healthy physical fitness course planning: (1) Use the immersive healthy physical fitness course to stimulate learning motivation; (2) The practical course planning needs to meet the physical and mental state to enhance the interest in learning; (3) The teaching design adopts the group sports mode to help develop the exercise habits; (4) The practical course promotes the learning effect and achieves the learning goal of practicing health promotion. 2. The learning process of the elderly health physical fitness course is divided into four processes: (1) Differentiation stage: participation course in the of interest and health maintenance; (2) Dissonance stage: sensory changes in physical function and perceived health decline; (3) Deconstruction stage: cognition needs to participate in learning, and improve physical fitness through learning; (4) Reconstruction stage: learning physical fitness knowledge to develop exercise habits, more willing to maintain healthy physical fitness. |
