中文摘要 | 教育是一門專業。近年來,教師專業標準的建立,在一些國家,特別是英語系國家,已逐漸成為確保教師品質的一項制度,然而有些國家則未採納上述制度,例如芬蘭。本文的目的旨在剖析標準本位師資培育的正反國際範例,以獲致師資培育興革的教訓與重要啟示。本文主要發現包括:一、優質的中小學師資培育制度是多元的,而非單一的;二、有高度學生表現的國家學校制度之經驗顯示,獲得正確的人來成為教師,開發這些人使其成為有效的教學者,以及確保能夠傳送給每一位兒童最好的教學,是三項最重要的事項。 |
英文摘要 | Education is a profession. In recent years, the establishment of professional standards for teachers in a number of countries especially the English speaking countries has increasingly become an institutionalization of their teacher education, in order to ensure quality of teachers. However, some other countries, for example Finland have not adopted the above system. The purpose of this article is to look at the pros and cons of international examples for standard-based teacher education, so as to get lessons and implications for the reform of teacher education. In this article, the main findings include that 1) Excellent systems of teacher education should be multiple rather than singular; 2)The experience of high-performing school systems shows that getting the right people to become teachers, developing them into effective instructors, and ensuring the system being able to deliver the best possible instruction for every child are the three things matter most. |
