中文摘要 | 本研究關注大學生對服務學習態度及影響因素的路徑關係和中介作用,分析助人意向對服務學習態度的影響,檢定社會關懷和參與感受在此關係的中介作用。研究者基於文獻探討建立潛在構面:助人意向、服務學習態度、社會關懷、參與感受,並透過問卷調查蒐集樣本資料,利用結構方程模式考驗社會關懷和參與感受在助人意向對服務學習態度關係的中介作用。研究結果指出,二因子中介模型具有完全中介作用,顯示大學生表現對社會現況的關心,從參與社會服務活動獲得正向感受,亦有助於其透過服務學習活動來協助弱勢群體且增進學用能力。最後,研究者針對研究結果進行討論,提供學術社群與相關單位建構大學生服務學習論述和實務應用的革新參照。 |
英文摘要 | The study concerns about the path relationships and mediations of college students’ service learning attitudes and related factors. The researcher explores the impacts of helping intentions on their service learning attitudes, and tests the mediations of social concerns and engagement feelings in this relationship. The questionnaire has four latent constructs: helping intentions, service learning attitudes, social concerns, and engagement feelings. Through the employment of survey and structural equation model, the study tested hypothesis about the mediations of social concerns and engagement feelings on the relationships between helping intentions and service learning attitudes for college students. The results indicate the two mediator constructs fully mediated the relationship of helping intentions and service learning attitudes. The positive feelings of caring social situations and engaging social services for college students help them to assist minority and integrated their learning and ability through service learning activities. Finally, the researcher discussed the results and provides the future suggestions. |
