中文摘要 | 本研究旨在編譯Bandura等人於1996年所編製的道德疏離機制量表,探討該量表對於國內學生的適用性。本研究將總樣本數491人分成兩部分樣本,樣本一採用探索性因素分析建構模式,樣本二則採用驗證性因素分析進行模式的驗證。本研究最終提出的道德疏離模式包含道德辯解、行為粉飾與比較、淡化個人責任、曲解結果、責難受害者五個因素。進一步採用性別對道德疏離的結構方程模式分析,結果發現,男生在整體的道德疏離,以及行為粉飾與比較、曲解結果、責難受害者的得分上顯著高於女生。 |
英文摘要 | This study compiled the Mechanisms of Moral Disengagement Scale proposed by Bandura et al. in 1996 to explore its applicability for Taiwanese students. We recruited 491 Taiwanese adolescents for this study. The total sample was divided into two groups; Sample 1 was used for an exploratory factor analysis to construct models, and Sample 2 was used for a confirmatory factor analysis to validate the applicability of the models. We proposed the final model of moral disengagement, comprising the following five factors: moral justification, falsification and comparison of behavior, obscuring causal agency, distorting consequences, and blaming and devaluating victims. Structural equation modeling of gender and moral disengagement revealed that the boys exhibited higher overall moral disengagement, falsification and comparison of behavior, distorting consequences, and blaming and devaluating victims compared with the girls. |
