中文摘要 | 本研究旨在藉由《學生評鑑標準》之後設評鑑觀點,以建構我國大學校院學生學習評估機制後設評鑑檢核表,並依據研究發現與結論,提出建議,供大學校院規劃、執行及評鑑學生學習成效評估機制之參考。為達上述研究目的,本研究主要採用三回合德懷術問卷調查進行研究。依據文獻探討與德懷術問卷調查結果,本研究獲得:一、本研究建構之我國大學校院學生學習評估機制後設評鑑檢核表具有適用性。二、《學生評鑑標準》之四類標準與28個分項標準,可適用於建構我國大學校院學生學習評估機制之後設評鑑檢核表。三、本研究建構之我國大學校院學生學習評估機制後設評鑑檢核表內容完備周延。整份檢核表包括:檢核表封面、目次、填表說明及檢核表四部分。檢核表架構包括:標準/分項標準、檢核點、資料蒐集方式(資料來源)及實施結果五部分,檢核表共包括四類標準、28個分項標準及45個檢核點。本研究並依據上述結論,自大學校院與後續研究兩方面,提出具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to develop a meta-evaluation checklist for a system that assesses student learning outcomes at colleges and universities in Taiwan. The checklist is based on “The student evaluation standards: How to improve evaluations of students” (SES). The findings and conclusions of this study may serve as a reference for higher education institutions when designing, implementing and evaluating systems for assessing student learning outcomes at their institutions. The three-stage Delphi technique is utilized to achieve the above mentioned goals. The main conclusions of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The proposed meta-evaluation checklist for a system assessing student learning outcomes is suitable for colleges and universities in Taiwan. 2. Four kinds of standards and 28 sub-standards are all applicable to the system for assessing student learning outcomes at colleges and universities in Taiwan. 3. The metaevaluation checklist of the system for assessing student learning outcomes developed here is complete and sound for colleges and universities in Taiwan. The contents of this meta-evaluation checklist include a cover page, table of contents, and the checklist itself. The structure of the checklist includes: standards/sub-standards, checkpoints, a data collection method and results. In total, there are four kinds of standards, 28 substandards, and 45 checkpoints on the checklist. Based on the conclusions of this study, suggestions are provided for colleges and universities, as well as for further studies. |
