中文摘要 | 在學校組織研究上,自1990年代,教育行政學者將競值架構的觀點引入國內後,迄今所累積的實徵研究成果已為數不少。基此,本研究旨在利用後設分析,以及後設分析取向之結構方程模式的方法,採直接及中介效果模式的觀點,分析國內相關量化實徵研究(1990~2013年),期以鉅觀的視角,深入剖析在競值架構下校長領導、學校組織文化與組織效能之關聯性。研究結果顯示:一、就變項自身構面的關係而言,無論在校長領導、學校組織文化或學校組織效能上,變項自身在四個分層面彼此之間,以及分層面與整體層面之間,皆存在顯著的正相關,且係屬大的效應量;二、就校長領導、學校組織文化與學校組織效能三者彼此間之關係而言,四個分層面彼此間、分層面與整體層面之間,以及整體層面彼此間,皆為顯著的正相關,且係屬大的效應量;三、就變項間之中介影響關係而言,四個校長領導分層面皆可透過四個學校組織文化分層面之中介作用,間接對四個學校組織效能分層面及整體學校組織效能造成正向影響。此外,整體校長領導亦可透過整體學校組織文化之中介作用,間接對整體學校組織效能造成正向影響。 |
英文摘要 | The exploration for the relationships among principal’s leadership, school organizational culture, and school organizational effectiveness in views of competing values framework (CVF) has been a critical issue in the field of the school organizational behavior research. Since 1990s, many researches concerning this topic have been made in Taiwan. The integration of the results of these studies will help us realize more about this issue. The aim of this study was to clarify the relationships among principal’s leadership, school organizational culture, and school organizational effectiveness in terms of CVF by using the meta-analysis and meta-analytic structural equation modeling. Data were collected from some independent studies from 1990-2013. Not only bivariate relations between variables but also mediating effects among variables were examined and testified in this study. According to the findings, some suggestions for future applications and researches were provided. |
