中文摘要 | 近年來,我國開始推動專業標準本位師資培育政策,期望透過研訂國家層級教師專業標準,統攝所有師資培育政策規劃,以提升教師素質。國內過去有諸多論述或實徵研究探討教師專業標準內涵,但大多著重於教師應具備之共通性專業能力,針對高職專業群科教師應具備之技職教育專業標準內涵,則付之闕如。鑑於此,本研究主要透過焦點團體座談及工作坊方式,分區訪談全國高職學校實務工作者,以了解我國建構高職專業群科教師專業標準應考量之技職教育特色內涵。本文首先探討建構高職專業群科教師專業標準之背景脈絡,以了解國內研訂標準之必要性及需求性;其次,探析國外中等技職師資專業能力內涵,並分析其共通性趨勢;接著,依據高職學校實務工作者反應的實務觀點及心聲,具體提出建構高職教師專業標準應特別考量之「務實致用」內涵;最後,提出本文之結語。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, Taiwan has started to promote the professional standard-based teacher education policy, and set national teacher professional standards to guide teacher education policy. In the past, there have been lots of articles or empirical studies exploring teacher professional standards, and almost focus on the commonality of teacher competence, there was few study concerned with professional teacher standards for vocational high school. For this reason, through focus groups interviews and workshops with vocational high school practitioners, this study tried to understand how to construct the technical and vocational education characteristic of teacher professional standards for vocational high school. In this article, the authors first introduced the background of the construction of teacher professional standards for vocational high school; then explored secondary technical and vocational teacher competence of foreign, and analyzed the vocational high school practitioners' perspectives of teacher professional standards for vocational high school. Finally, based on the analysis of the study, the authors addressed the conclusion. |
