大專校院學生就業職能平台應用之探析

面對瞬息萬變的社會經濟情勢與產業結構變遷，以及全球化、高齡化與少子女化的趨勢，新型態的工作種類增加，形成人才全球移動之特性，教育體系需培養能因應環境變化之各行各業所需之人才，方能提振國家競爭力。基此，本研究從國內外文獻歸納大專校院學生核心能力的內涵趨勢，並介紹教育部所建置之「大專校院就業職能平台」之內容及功能，提供學校應用本平台之建議策略，透過學校教學活動來提升學生專業能力，發展並增進學生之共通職能核心能力，強化學生就業競爭力，弭平學用落差，期使所培養的學生皆能為企業所用。

In today's society, which socially economic circumstance and industry structure change rapidly due to the globalization and aging population, education system has to bear the responsibility to cultivate varied talents for the sake of fulfilling the demand of human resource from different industries.
This study depicts the trends of developing core competence of college student before their graduation by soliciting foreign and domestic documents addressing this topic. In addition, this study introduces the content of function of the UCAN, a platform developed by the Ministry of Education using to diagnose the students' employment skills. Suggestions would be provided to inform domestic universities regarding how to take advantage of this powerful tool to prepare students well for the future job market.
