中文摘要 | 「國運興衰,在於教育;教育大計,在於教師」,教師被視為是教育品質與國家競爭力的象徵。中國大陸自2012年9月頒布《幼兒園教師專業標準(試行)》、《小學教師專業標準(試行)》、《中學教師專業標準(試行)》,揭起中國大陸教師專業改革的序幕。本文旨在介紹教師專業標準內涵、學科專業標準之應用,以及國家層級教師培訓計畫,最後進一步提出教師專業發展之挑戰及可能的方向。 |
英文摘要 | Establishing profession standards has a key function to push forward teacher professionalization. Based on the newly announced Teacher Professional Standards in Mainland China, including Professional Standards of Pre-School Teachers (Trial, 2012), Professional Standards of Primary School Teachers (Trial, 2012), Professional Standards of Secondary School Teachers (Trial, 2012), this paper not only introduces the development of teacher professional standards in China but also examines the executive plans and related problems of professional development of teachers under the implementation of the standards. Finally, possible challenges and strategic suggestions are addressed for future practice. |
