中文摘要 | 教師專業標準的訂定或教師評鑑的實施,都是為了提升教師專業素質、促進師資專業發展。為探討教師專業標準應用於教師評鑑的實務問題,本文主要根據參與試行「中等學校教師類組專業標準及專業表現指標相關內涵暨配套措施計畫」學校的成果及回饋意見,分析教師專業標準應用於教師評鑑的適切性與成功要素,並就試行過程中試行學校所遭遇的實務運作挑戰,提出問題反思與實務建言,供未來因應教師評鑑政策學校推動校本教師評鑑之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Both the development of teacher professional standards and the implementation of teacher evaluation are for enhancing teacher quality and for teacher professional development. To explore the issues and concerns in the utilization of teacher professional standards to the implementation of teacher evaluation, this paper analyze the applicability, requisites for success, and operational challenges in the utilization process. Based on the outcomes and feedbacks from the participant schools of the "the development of teacher professional standards, performance indicators, and supporting mechanism" project, reflections of the issues and suggestions for practical concerns are provided for future school-based teacher evaluation practice. |
