英文摘要 | The Red-Yellow-Blue Performance Management Model is based on the educational philosophy : "laying the good foundation,promotion of development and the pursuit of excellence".Its main features are: ( 1) advocating democracy and being person-oriented; ( 2) being concerned about the individual effort as well as eamwork;( 3) emphasizing the process and dynamic evaluation9; ( 4) performance-based and continuous improvement. As the management model focuses on the performance improvement,it has played a good role in the development of the high school,and itreally has had great vitality. The article concludes five points: the background,educational idea,features,operating procedures and practice value of the management model,and the article also has provided comprehensive analysis and dialectical thinking about the management model. |
