我国高中阶段生涯教育的现状和思考——以上海市高中为例

Present Situation and Thinking of Career Education in General High School: Taking the High Schools in Shanghai City as an Example

青少年的健康成长与发展关乎国家未来。生涯教育对青少年个体的健康发展具有十分重要的作用，但我国目前的教育体系却明显地缺失了这一部分。高中阶段是学生个性形成、自主发展的关键期。因此，我们应尽快启动生涯教育，使其贴近学生，不断完善，促进学生健康成长。本文以上海市为例来探讨高中阶段生涯教育的状况，分析其中存在的问题，并提出相应的改进建议。

The healthy growth and development of the youth are very important for the future of a country. Career education plays an important role in the healthy development of the youth. However，the education system in our country apparently lacks career education at present. High school is the critical period in which students begin to form their individuality and learn to develop independently. As a result，we should implement career education to help the children grow. This article is based on the high Schools in Shanghai to discuss the present situation of career education and give some advice.
