中文摘要 | 普通高中建立学生发展指导制度是国家教育改革与发展的要求之一。当前我国普通高中教育正处于从精英教育、选拔教育转向普及教育和基本教育的变革之中。基于育人为本的学生发展指导制度,旨在全面提高普通高中学生的综合素质,必须体现高中学校全面实施素质教育的要求。高中导师制需要以学生发展指导思想为依据,确立高中导师制的合理定位,使高中导师制成为学生发展指导体系中的重要形式之一。 |
英文摘要 | To build the student development guidance system is one of the national goals in educational development and reform in China. Currently,the Chinese general secondary education is transforming from traditional elite and selective education to massive and basic education. The student development guidance centered on the individual development is aimed at enhancing all students comprehensive capacities and implementing the quality education in general high schools deeply. The tutor system in high schools should depend on the theory of guidance for student and esablish some possible operational and achievable tasks so that this tutoring system may be one of the aspects of student development guidance system. |
