Diversity Leads to Enrichment: Policy Studies on the Diversified Development of High School

高中教育进入大众化发展阶段，面临着由数量扩张向内涵提升的发展转型，多样化成为高中教育发展的基本策略。论文在阐述高中教育多样化内涵的基础上，具体分析了高中教育在学校类型、学校特色、教育服务和课程结构等四个方面的结构性调整方案。

Popularization leads high school to a transformation from a expansion of quantity to the improvement of connotative quality，hence diversification become the basic strategy for the development of secondary education. In this paper，specific performance of various diversified school and its necessity have been discussed. At the same time，the writer probes into school will inevitably face the dilemma of how to choose，so followed by institutional analysis and empirical study. On that basis，the author provided structural adjustment programs in four aspects: school types，school characteristics，educational services and curriculum structure and put forwards ten recommendations to promote the diversification of secondary education.
