中文摘要 | 课程建设是学前教师继续教育的核心,其中专业选修课程的建设关系着学前教师个别化专业发展需求的满足和区域内学前教育事业发展的全面性,在整个课程建设中又占据着重要地位。本研究通过内容分析法,对上海浦东新区“十一五”期间学前教师继续教育专业选修课程开展情况进行分析,归纳和探讨了其中体现出的专业热点和薄弱之处,并基于我国当前学前教师继续教育课程开展的总体情况,提出了若干继续课程建设改革意见,以期为区域内“十二五”继续教育课程建设提供参考和借鉴。 |
英文摘要 | Curriculum construction is central to the continuing education for teachers in preschool education. The development of selected courses is concerning the satisfaction of the need of the preschool teachers individualized professional development. It is also a matter about the comprehensiveness of the development of local preschool education. Thus,it plays a significant role in the whole curriculum construction. This paper,using the method of content analysis,analyzes the implementation of the selected courses in continuing education for teachers in preschool in 11th Five-Year Plan of Pudong New Area. After that,it summarizes some hotspot questions and the weakness presenting in the process. Aiming at providing references for the local curriculum construction of continuing education in 12th Five-Year Plan,based on this condition,it offers a number of proposals in the end. |
