教育管理信息化新发展：走向智慧管理

The New Development of Education Management Informatization: Move Towards Smart Management

随着信息化的飞速发展，我国的教育管理事业已取得巨大成就。然而当前教育管理信息化仍存在诸多问题，突出表现为：教育管理信息标准不完善；智能化程度较低；数据缺乏系统化、精细化管理，难以支持及时精准的教育决策；教育监督系统不到位，难以进行动态监管。随着物联网、云计算、大数据等新一代信息技术的普及应用，教育管理将逐渐从传统的“人管、电控”模式走向“智慧管理”模式。该文从教育管理过程的人性化与智能化角度出发，深入分析智慧管理的内涵与核心特征，构建出智慧管理体系框架，包括教育可视化管控、教育智能决策支持、教育安全预警以及教育远程督导四个系统，探讨了智慧管理的一般流程，包括监控、采集过程数据，智能分析与预测，结果可视化呈现、形成智慧决策，发布管理调度指令和实施管理指令，最后为我国智慧管理的有效开展提供了几点实施建议。

With the rapid development of information technology， the education management career in our country has made great achievements. However， the current education management informatization exists many problems， mainly in the following respects: education management information standard is not perfect; intelligent degree is low; the data is lack of systematic and refined management which leads managers hard to make timely and accurate decisions; education supervision system is not complete， which is hard to supervise and manage dynamically. With the popularity of a new generation of information technology application such as the Internet of things， cloud computing and big data， education management will gradually evolve from the traditional mode to smart management mode. This article is based on the humanization and intelligence of education management process， deeply analyzing the connotation and core characteristics of the smart management， constructing framework of the smart management system which contains visual control of education， intelligent decision support of education， safety forecast of education， telesupervisory control of education four systems. The article also explores the process of smart management which contains monitoring and collecting the process data， Intelligent analysis and prediction， results visualization， forming smart decision， releasing executive instruction. Finally， we provide certain feasible suggestions， in order to make smart management work effectively.
