Interpretation of the Top Ten News of Educational Informationization in China 2013

2013年是我国教育信息化高速发展、创新发展、特色发展、整体发展、科学发展的一年，在世界范围内创造了多个教育信息化方面的第一，解决了部分制约我国教育发展和质量提升的瓶颈问题，信息技术对教与学的双重革命影响更为凸显。为了让人们更全面地感受我国教育信息化飞速发展的新形势，《中国电化教育》杂志社与中国教育技术协会、《中国教育报》、教育技术学科网、江苏省教育信息化工程技术研究中心联合评选了“2013中国教育信息化十大新闻”。该文就此教育信息化十大新闻进行深度分析，以进一步深化人们对教育信息化发展的科学认识。

The educational informationization of China has been developing in a rapid， creative， characteristic and scientific way in 2013， during which we have achieved several first in the informationization worldwide and settled some of the problems that restricted education development. In the year 2013， the revolutionary effect on teaching and learning by information technology has been more obvious. The Journal of China Educational Technology， CAET and China Education Daily selected “Top Ten News of Informationization in China 2013”， in order to make a public awareness of the rapid development of educational informationization in China. This article analyze these ten news to deepen the understanding of the development of educational informationization.
