Study on Regional Comparison of ICT Application Effect in Primary and Secondary Schools —A Case Study on Provincial Capital from East Region, Central Region and West Region
To promote the modernization of special education and improve the quality of special education， is an important way to achieve a balanced development of China’s compulsory education. In recent years， ICT in education developed rapidly in China. It is gradually achieving a leap from ICT in education 1.0 to ICT in education 2.0. At the same time， the differences between the regional and inter-school development of ICT in education still exist. The research adopts the questionnaire survey method to study ICT in the primary and middle special schools in the central and western regions. The indicator system consists of five dimensions. Comprehensive evaluation index and multiple linear regression analysis methods are adopted. The survey data is analyzed to reflect the development level and development problems of ICT in special education in the central and western regions and to explore the influencing factors. Based on this， the paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the development of ICT in special education in the central and western regions.
