Identification of Teaching Quality of Online Open Courses in Universities from the Perspective of the Value Subjects’ Needs
Scientific identification of teaching quality is the premise for introduction of online open courses in Universities. This study upholds the view of teaching quality oriented by the value subjects’ needs， focusing on the degree of agreement between the teaching characteristics of open online courses and the value subjects’ needs. The research explains the connotation of identification of teaching quality of online open courses， analyzes the value needs of teachers， students and administrators as well as the teaching characteristics of online open courses in universities using literature method， investigation method and Delphi method . On this basis， the paper discusses the establishment of identification standard of teaching quality of online open courses in universities， the generation of identification result and the procedure of identification and course introduction.
