Analysis of Influencing Factors of Information Technology Application Ability of Key Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools in Less Developed Areas of Education Informatization
In the information society， the application ability of information technology is the essential professional competence of the teachers. The key teachers of primary and middle schools should pay more attention to their ability of information technology application because of their exemplary role. This study starts with the influencing factors of information technology application ability， taking the key teachers in primary and secondary schools in a certain area in Liaoning Province as the sample with the questionnaire survey method， in order to construct and validate the structural equation model of influencing factors. The result shows that the internal factors (self-efficacy， skills) and external factors (school system， training and research， application atmosphere) have positive effect on key teachers’ five dimensions of application ability with different degrees separately. According to the specific results， some suggestions are put forward， such as promoting the internal drive， constructing the “accurate” training mode， and strengthening the establishment of the correct view of technology.
