英文摘要 | Based on the survey data of 575 teachers from 24 rural schools in 12 counties of Jiangsu, Hubei and Yunnan Provinces, a binary logistic regression model is used to analyze the rural teachers' occupational mobility willingness and its influencing factors from six aspects of individual factors, family factors, work factors, school factors, regional factors and social factors. Regression results show that: In the individual factors of teachers, the variables of gender ,age, educational level, professional title, personal monthly income significantly affect rural teachers' occupational mobility willingness. In the family factors, spouse’s working place, schooling conditions of children have a significant impact on rural teachers' occupational mobility willingness. In the work factors, the variables of relationship with leaders, promotion opportunity significantly affect rural teachers' occupational mobility willingness. In the school factors, the variable of school location has an important influence on rural teachers' occupational mobility willingness. In the regional factors, the variable of region has a significant impact on rural teachers' occupational mobility willingness. In the social factors, the variables of social pressure, teachers' evaluation of their professional social status significantly affect rural teachers' occupational mobility willingness. |
