乡村教师绩效工资政策的激励作用和完善路径 ——以中部A 省为例
The Study of the Motivation and Improvement about Performance Related Pay Policy for Rural Teachers: By the Case of Central Province A
The Performance Related Pay policy(PRP) implemented in 2009 indicated the nation’s concern to rural teachers. Based on the investigation to the rural teacher in central province A， the findings are: 1. Policy has larger positive effects on teachers’ job standard， has week effects on school development and job motivation， 2. Male and middle age teachers have lower positive incentive， 3. School culture， assessment procedure of performance and the characteristics of the scheme have effects on the effects. Implementing PRP in the rural area is a mixture of complex logics， which should fit with rural teachers’ environment， problem and expectation， by improving the content， procedure， building the performance culture for country rooted and quality improvement teachers， improving the amount of the pay and optimizing the structure， to realize the PRP’s function of retention and attraction， active teacher’s internal force.
