Taking 6740 students of grade five from 101 primary schools in Beijing in 2014 as the research sample， this paper makes a thorough study of the two groups of Chinese students who are excellent and unqualified students， combined with the relevant contents of student questionnaire， specific indicators from the student academic pressure， teacher-student relationship， homework experience ，peer relationship， emotional management of the five fitting index and student education expectations， family learning conditions， learning pressure， Chinese learning and other aspects of the indepth analysis and development strategies are put forward from the three aspects of family， school， student: the family is one of the important places of primary and middle school students' life， is the harbour of healthy development of students In order to ensure the basic family education learning conditions， set reasonable expectations create a warm family atmosphere; the school should focus on Chinese development needs of unqualified students， the establishment of the research team， to promote the development and progress of Chinese academic students. Both Chinese outstanding level students and unqualified level students should constantly promote the adjustment and development of self academic emotions.
