Analysis of the Characteristics of the Boutique Special Educative Community in the Network Learning Space

Special education community is relying on the national education resources of public service platform of virtual learning community， has obvious characteristics of theme， activity， education and society， but also faces the problem of sustainable development. According to the “evaluation system of special educative community “， using the method of content analysis， this paper researches on characteristic analysis of the 55 boutique special educative communities and has found some characteristics of the boutique special educative community， including a fine theme， highlight the value of diversity， activity， organization rigorous， abundant resources， strong network， cultivation and development prospects， better user experience. Combined with the feature points， the paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction and development of the community， in order to put forward some development strategies of the boutique special educative community construction and education resources of public services.
