英文摘要 | Objective: Construct a risk assessment index system suitable for educational informatization project, to identify and judge the risk of project stakeholders in the process of project implementation, and to take corresponding measures to reduce the probability of occurrence of risk and the impact of risk; (2) Method: Through much literature review at home and abroad, the research and evaluation of specific educational informatization projects, expert argumentation and so on, form the risk assessment index system of educational informatization project. According to the relevant principle of analytic hierarchy process, design corresponding questionnaires used to calculate the weight of each index. (3) Results: Based on the characteristics of education informatization project, four first-level indicators (main risk, object risk, technical risk, policy and regulations), 11 secondary indicators and 29 thirdlevel indicators were established and calculated the corresponding index weight. (4) Conclusion: Establish a risk assessment index system to avoid disadvantages in the implementation of various stages of the project, to reduce unnecessary losses and maximize the benefits of the project. |
