社区教育服务质量影响因素及实证研究——基于区域中心城市调查样本的分析

An Empirical Study on the Influential Factors Belonging to the Quality of the Community Education Service in China

As a crucial component of community service， community education plays a dominant role in contributing to the perfection of the construction of the lifelong education system and the promotion of Chinese cultural soft power. Currently， the system of community service is in the process of construction and perfection. Thus， the service and the quality of community education cannot meet varieties of demands of all types of communities. In this paper，through the investigation and study，we found that the current urban community education services is mainly based on old age group. Through using the questionnaire survey and SEM， this paper analyses the six key factors of the quality of the service. As the consequence illustrates， the quality of community education service should be elevated from diverse aspects not only by focusing on the key factors like teaching in the curriculums， the qualities of the staff and humanistic concern， but also by integrating the certification of the service with the construction of tangible property. Simultaneously， it is supposed much better to enhance the quality of the administrative service， enrich the content of the community education and better the community education system to boost the overall community education quality.
