英文摘要 | Education is the most fundamental strategy to prevent the spread of intergenerational transmission of poverty, from the perspective of using education to alleviate poverty precisely to study the improvement of poverty in the minority areas of selfdevelopment capacity, with the means of education informatization, from the grass-roots education institutions village or teaching point closest to the rural poverty-stricken people to start, to explore the policy of education to alleviate poverty precisely. Through the field investigation and interview, this paper focuses on the current situation of teaching points in poverty - stricken areas and the improvement of the teaching quality by informatization. Concluded that: making full use of digital teaching resources in teaching points is the Key to improve teaching quality; the informatization leadership of principals, managers and teachers is the fundamental guarantee; the support and sharing of primary education resources and the help of teachers are the driving force of sustainable development; borrowing external forces (remote guidance and counseling) is a quick way to improve. |
