英文摘要 | The sustainable development of ICT in education is the basic premise of steadily development of ICT in education construction, which is the inevitable requirement of education reform and innovation in the information age. With the world paying more and more attention to the sustainable development, exploring the sustainable development has become the hot topic in educational circles and society. The sustainable development of ICT in education is restricted by many factors. This paper mainly analysis the typical practices between china and United States, including policy planning, basic infrastructure construction, construction of digital resources, ICT capability assessment, teachers’ information teaching ability and the application of ICT, and exploring the important implications. The research found that china’s ICT in education is in the stage of application to the revolution. It has achieved remarkable achievements in the aspects of infrastructure and digital resource construction but the low utilization rate, and the development between urban and rural, regional, schools and communities is unequal. The attention in the aspects of ICT capability assessment, teachers’ information teaching ability, and the application of ICT is not enough. The following research should make the top-level design from the aspect of policy planning, and building architecture of ICT in education development mechanism to ensure efficient and sustainable development of ICT in education. |
