CMMI在网络学习空间软件项目中的应用研究

The Research on Application of CMMI in Online Learning Space Software Project

Software Project Management is one of the key factors to establish software product line. Software Project Management is guided by model and theory， and combined with the features and developing status of software organization. CMMI is the international standard which helps software organizations improving the quality of software development by process control and management. CMMI has proposed the concept of software management and defined different levels of maturity for software projects， however， operational and effective implementation measures are lacking. Based on CMMI， this paper selects cyberspace learning software project as study object， analyzes the problems encountered and their reasons， proposes strategies of improving the management of cyberspace learning software based on the key process area (KPA) of CMMI2 level and CMMI3 level， and at last， compares the implementation effects with the intention of helping guarantee the quality of cyberspace learning software through improving project management levels.
