英文摘要 | As a kind of digital learning resource, not only “micro-lecture” carries the co-construction and sharing function of highquality educational resources,but also undertakes the important mission of promoting the balanced development of compulsory education. The application performance evaluation of “micro-lecture” has become one of the hot issues of pushing forward the educational balanced development and reform. In order to improve the quality of micro-lecture learning resources and promote the balanced development of compulsory education, in view of the balanced development of education, using the performance evaluation theory as a guidance, taking Beijing “micro-lecture” as the research object, the paper constructs the micro-lecture application and performance evaluation model. The model includes the balanced development of education idea and value, microlecture learning resource application and the application performance evaluation. The micro-lecture learning resource application performance evaluation includes process performance evaluation and result performance evaluation. The paper uses questionnaire survey, confirmatory factor analysis and other methods to study micro-lecture learning resource application performance evaluation. The results show that the process performance and result performance evaluation’s questionnaire reliability and validity and the two overall level are higher, the both have significant differences between regions and grades. The paper puts forward some suggestions for improving performance, including the improvment of educational public service system, providing the digital learning resources meeting the needs of the balanced development of education and the establishment of normalized performance evaluation mechanism. |
