英文摘要 | Along with the rapid progress of network and communication technology, new medias and new technologies entering school classroom, the development of educational informatization in China has entered an integration and innovation stage: Basic education is facing deconstruction and reconstruction, classroom teaching takes the deep integration of IT and teaching application as the core, the education management, the methods of teaching and learning, the teaching mode of information are undergoing a major change, which is directly influenced by teachers' professional development (or PD). The article analyzes the connotations of teachers' PD, starting from world educational informatization and its trends. With the current teaching practice, school teachers' PD in Chongqing city as an example case, it explores the improvement strategies of school teachers' PD under educational informatization. In doing so, it is expected that the article is helpful to basic education curriculum reform and school teachers' PD. |
