英文摘要 | Information literacy is the basic skill that citizens should have in information society, as well as the basic requirement for talents in information society. Many international organizations, countries and regions throughout the world have recognized the huge significance of information literacy, and developed information literacy assessment standards or frameworks for students, which promoted the development of the national information literacy level. Based on the Achievement Goal Theory, the paper put forward four types of value orientation of information literacy assessment for students. On this basis, the paper reviewed the typical information literacy assessment standards, framework, and index system for students internationally. Then, the paper compared the information literacy assessment standards, framework and index system for students from the aspects of assessment organization, assessment objectives and assessment dimension. Finally, the paper summarized the characteristics of the foreign information literacy assessment for students and concluded enlightenments for our country in developing information literacy standard for students. |
