英文摘要 | The professional development of teachers, both in theoretical and practical level, is an important subject in the field of teacher education at home and abroad, which needs long-term theoretical research and practical exploration. But there are some problems in the development of teachers’ professional external motivation, such as low motivation and poor autonomy. Teachers’ professional self-development has problems such as laissez-faire, job burnout, limitations of their own abilities. Therefore, this paper puts forward the view of teachers’ professional development based on the unification of external and independent development in the “Internet +” era. First of all, the study clarifies the connotation and characteristics of the new teacher professional development, and then explains it from the perspective of multiple theories, and elaborates from the four dimensions of teachers’ view, curriculum view, teaching view and culture view. |
