Quality Guarantee Mechanism and Cogitation on Life-long Learning of Japan

To establish the life-long learning and life-long education quality guarantee mechanism is the crucial links of establishing a learning society and improving citizen quality. Through research and analysis， it is found that Japan aims to improve the quality of life-long learning mainly from the establishment of systematic lifelong learning administrative institutions， the development of diversified lifelong learning institutions， the setting of the evaluation method of the innovative life-long learning achievement， the establishment of the diversified life-long learning capital investment system and so on， thus formed effective life-long learning quality guarantee mechanism. The study on the quality guarantee mechanism of life-long learning in Japan is of great reference value to the construction of life-long learning system in China.
