英文摘要 | The IT and Internet based Interstate Assessment System in accordance with the U.S. “Common Core State Standards” is established by two interstate assessment organizations, PARCC and SBAC, supported by the “Race to the Top Program” which is implemented by the federal Ministry of Education for the purpose of getting students “ready for college and career”. By using information technology and smart Internet assessing tools, this comprehensive assessment system combines the form of Internet assessment with secondary educational assessment, so that the summative assessment, the formative assessment and the interim assessment can be conducted in a balanced and integrated manner. This study has important implications to the construction and development of the assessment system for the academic achievements and the overall qualities of the secondary school students in China. |
