台湾地区教学辅导教师制度的发展及其经验

Development and Experience of Mentor Teachers in Taiwan

Mentor teacher is a system based on promoting teachers’professional development and autonomy demands，which goal is to provide consultation and help for beginning teachers，affirm veteran teachers and promote the general teachers’professional development through learning from each other． But there are some problems in the implementation of mentor teachers in Taiwan: mentor teacher and partner completed not very well，the lack of common time and administrative support is not strong． By discussing the experience in desigh and implementation of mentor teachers in Taiwan，we hope to provide some references and enlightenment for the improvement of mentorship and teachers’growth in mainland China．
