PISA Impact on Basic Educational Ｒeform Trend in UK: A Case Study of and Comments on“England-Shanghai Mathematic Teacher Exchange Project”

PISA have a great impact on educational policy adjustment and practice improvement for the economies participating in the assessment． The PISA result of UK decreased since the first round in 2000，while the students in Shanghai ranked top in PISA 2009 and PISA 2012，thus“England- Shanghai Mathematic Teacher Exchange Project”was launched and caused international attention to Chinese students learning style，China’s classroom teaching and teacher professional development． We should understand the real meaning of“PISA”and“England-Shanghai Mathematic Teacher Exchange Project”，give objective comments on our education’s problems and advantages． This provides a new platform not only for the world to understand China’ s Education，but also for Chinese education to go abroad．
