英文摘要 | The promoting development of educational informationization has provided more and more technical support for our teaching, but it also puts forward new requirements for the development of teachers’ knowledge and ability. This article started from professional development challenges teachers’ faced in technology enhanced society, depicted the urgent needs of developing technological pedagogical content knowledge and improving their knowledge integration abilities for teachers by the framework of TPACK. After this, the author introduced a new method which named “learning in design” to help teachers to learn technical knowledge better, and depicted the potential value of it for the development of teachers through two aspects: improving teachers’ knowledge integration abilities by problem solving in realistic activities and promoting teachers transform to reflective educational practitioners in designing activities. At last, the author expounded the general process of teachers’ development, like determine the topic, analysis, design, reanalysis and improvement. |
