英文摘要 | With the rapid development of cloud computing, internet of things and mobile internet technology, we enter the data age from the information age. Education reform’s core concepts include respecting the individual differences and promoting personalized learning. Personalized adaptive learning has increasingly become a hot topic in education. Based on the above background, from the perspective of big data, this article analyzes the core elements of personalized adaptive learning system: for the evolution of learners’ needs, learners’ learning autonomy, group socialization and learning emotion is analyzed; for the new demands of learning resources, the contextualization and multidimensional correlation of resources is discussed; for the new features of the system architecture, system ecology, data collection refinement and the necessity of system self-improvement and rebirth is emphasized. Through the above analysis of the core elements of the system, this article presents a personalized adaptive system architecture model based on big data, has a preliminary analysis of its realization mechanism from three aspects: learner model, domain knowledge model and adaptive engine, and proposes the learning path recommendation strategy based on multiple population selection and the learning resource push method based on weighted collaborative filtering. |
