英文摘要 | The fast development of information technology and the evolution of constructivism learning theory provide technical and theoretical support for my research about the promotion of teachers’ teaching competence among rural primary schools and secondary schools which are open for social media in work places. Combining with the original model of promoting teachers’ teaching competency by using social networks in rural primary schools and secondary schools, this paper puts forward several promotion strategies and sets up a resource center and builds a results-display platform. Meanwhile, this paper sets up online tutors and multifunctional chatting rooms and builds an evaluation system according to the theory of results-management. After one year’s empirical study, it has been proved that the model is workable. The model has been demonstrated that it has been refined from tons of practices and it could be used into lots of documentations. What’s more, the author believes that the model can also be applied into the east part of china where is more developed because of its easy-transplantable merit. |
