英文摘要 | Up to now, the development of teacher training has entered the “Internet+” era. Deeply understanding the connotation of teacher training in the new normal and systematic thinking about the reform of teacher training mode with a new mode of thinking are especially necessary to improve the quality of teacher training and provide high-quality human resources for economic development in the background of new normal of economic development. This paper made a thorough analysis on the new normal of teacher training and summarized major problems of the existing teacher training model, in the case of National Training Plan of a certain Province, including object thinking is too serious, training needs analysis methods are too traditional, the construction of informatization for project management is relatively isolated, project evaluation mode is single, project distribution is too concentrated, based on the practices. Finally, in order to solve the above problems and provide some reference value to the transformation of teacher training mode under the new normal, this paper guided by the Internet thinking and referred to the related ideas of “information knowledge strategy behavior transformation and unification theory” in the field of intelligence, and then constructed a O2O teacher training model based on the big data analysis technology, contains the information layer, knowledge layer, strategic layer, and behavior layer. |
